Synera in action: Transform Morph

With Synera you are able to implement morphing in combination with field-driven design.

Technology

You can change your geometries and meshes without changing nodes and element IDs, simply based on fields. This is especially useful to create smooth transitions or seams.

With our morphing feature, you can evaluate images of a texture and then morph a part according to the hue values.
Test out lots of different designs in a few minutes and choose your favourite design.

Back at the Alfred Wegener Institute Helmholtz centre for polar and marine research, diatoms inspired our lightweight design and we manually recreated their structure from 3D scans in CAD. Today, we can simply import images and morph a geometry based on the brightness values in the image in a few seconds.
