Certainly, our services employ the industry-standard RLM licensing server technology for seamless operations. In the majority of instances, organizations already have an RLM license server in place. Therefore, integrating Synera into your current system can be accomplished with minimal effort, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation.
The allocation of tokens will be tailored according to your unique use case and the number of users within your organization. During the onboarding process, we will monitor utilization trends closely. This will enable us to optimally calibrate your token pool to suit your specific needs, thus ensuring a seamless operation and maximum efficiency for your team.
The tokens, within our system, aren't depleted upon usage. Instead, they are re-deposited into the available pool for reuse by other users. This is an integral part of what is termed as a "floating token system".
Synera itself will not offer this functionality, but we have decided to use the industry-wide established RLM licence manager from Reprise. This already has a user interface that allows, among other things, to view the current token utilisation. The Reprise software also writes out log data that can be analysed and visualised in tools such as OpenLM.
