Great news for engineering teams using Contact PLM to manage their engineering data! We're excited to announce the release of our new Contact PLM Connector in the Synera marketplace.
Next to Siemens Teamcenter and Windchill it is now the third PLM connector to integrate engineering data directly from where it’s stored into automated Synera engineering workflows. This allows for automated access, manipulation or analysis of your critical product data while maintaining proper audit trails and eliminating tedious manual work like checking out parts.
The new connector interacts with the Contact Workspace Desktop client and provides five nodes. Next to the essential pulling and pushing of data items, it allows to create new items, search for existing ones and retrieve their related items like children or parents.
Combined with other engineering solutions in the Synera marketplace, you can now bring your complete workflows into widespread adoption in your organization through our connections with tools like Siemens NX, MSC Nastran, LS-DYNA, Autodesk Moldflow and more.
